Each week, CKUGA receives over 1000lbs of prepared foods, raw groceries, and fresh produce from local grocery stores and farmer's markets. Meal Planners evaluate the donations we receive and sort them by destination and into meal plans. Sort, count, bag, and weigh food items, and prepare meal plans to be used by Cooking and Value-Added Processing shifts. This shift takes place at the upper barn at UGArden, so dress according to weather.
Any time before each start date or when space runs out.
