About

Titusville After-School Program

Libraries have common goals of creating safe and enriching environments for children and families to come together and learn.  The specific need in the community that the programs are fulfilling is interaction with the community fun environment. The identification of this need was done through a service community assessment. The program offered is addressing this need by providing a space for patrons of various ages to participate in after school activities for enjoyment.  The volunteers would work directly with the patrons Monday - Thursday with the after-school programs.  Limit-10   Preferably students with elementary education background, however not mandatory.

This program promotes BPL's mission by providing an enjoyable atmosphere for patrons to participate in gaming activities while meeting new people and interacting with the community in a library setting.  Each program will be held 3:30-5:00 at the Titusville Library.
