Regional Soccer Field Maintenance 10/7/2021

Thursday, October 7th, 2021 from 9:00am to 12:00pm (ET)
This has ended. If you attended, let the organizer know by recording your Impact!

Members of the Soccer Field Maintenance Crew primarily ensure that all the playing fields (full size 19U/14U, 9v9 12U, 7v7 10U, 4v4 8U (3), and 3v3 6U (5) fields are freshly painted for Saturday Game Days.   Youth soccer Region 1625 supports boys and girls ages 4-19 in our Albion-Marshall-Springport-Homer-Concord areas.

Responsibilities include:
- Running the manual paint striper to re-line the fields each week with fresh paint, beginning now and through the week of October 30th.
- Removing debris from the fields and spectator areas
- Filling in any holes or uneven spots on the field (we have moles that sometimes go to work)

No volunteer signup required.  Training will be minimal (about .5 hours the first time you line the fields).  Expect to work about 3 hours per week, and this work will be done on Thursday mornings at 9am weather permitting (or Friday at any time when it was raining on Thursday).  You will need to coordinate with Jim Stuart to have the striper, paint, garbage bags and shovel as necessary.
