About

Trunk or Treat Registration

Join us on October 30th from 5-7 pm (set up 3-5) for Trunk or Treat! At this event, local kids will trick or treat from car trunk to car trunk. Volunteers are needed to host trunks by bringing their vehicle, decorating it, and handing out candy/treats. We have spots available for individuals and groups such as university departments, clubs, and societies. This event is completely free and hosted for the benefit of the youth of Greensboro.

Guidelines for vehicles:

  • You provide your own vehicle and treats/candy

  • Costumes and decorations encouraged

  • Keep it family friendly

  • Keep in mind accessibility - consider avoiding loud noises and strobe lighting in your decor and/or having allergy friendly treats

  • Vehicles must be attended - don't park and leave

  • Vehicles must be able to fit in a standard parking spot. If you have something cool or special in mind that's bigger than that, email youth@unityingreensboro.org to see if it can be accommodated.

  • Set up is 3-4:50. From 5-7, vehicles cannot leave the lot. We CANNNOT accommodate late arrivals or early departures due to the layout of the lot.

  • There is no smoking or vaping on campus - step away if you need this

  • If you are representing an organization, please advertise this event within your organization

  • All applicable City of Greensboro COVID-19 policies apply at this event

  • Registration is first come, first serve. Please check your email, and follow up if you must cancel.
